The E3 we know and love (or hate) is entering a new chapter in it's life next year. It was announced today that the event is moving away from the sprawl that is the L.A. Convention Center, to Santa Monica from July 11-13. The event will be largely down-sized, and as originally imagined--invite only. There's no word yet on the new size limitations, but you can bet it's going to be much smaller than 60,000 press/people/booth babes.
