Marvel & NCSoft Settle City Of Heros Lawsuit > |

NC Soft and Marvel entertainment have settled their lawsuit. The case, if you remember, was brought by Marvel against NC's City Of Heroes, claiming that the player's created characters were looking just a bit too much like Marvel's copyrighted heroes. The settlement amount was not made public in the press release, but we can be sure Marvel is getting a piece of the NC pie now.
