	According to a report on Smarthouse, a Sony "insider" has leaked information regarding a new Playstation model, dubbed the "PS4," which may hit stores as soon as 18 months from now. Supposedly, the device will include the same chipset as the current PS3 but there wll be extensive changes to the the drive bay and attachment area. It will also include an extensive software suite for the managing streaming content. Rumor mill for sure on this one, but if it is true there are going to be a ton of really pissed off PS3 owners out there. >Link

im hopeing so cause im woundering were that 10 year life spand is :/

@CianMCL, I agree. I just don't see it happening. I could see a revised PS3 with additional features/specs, but I don't see them calling it a PS4. That would confuse consumers way too much and lessen the value of all the investment Sony has put into the PS3 brand. Plus, they would get tons of flak for calling it a PS4, when it's just a PS3 with some additional features.
