Obviously everyone wants to make games for the Wii and Xbox 360, because we are living in an era dominated by those two consoles. As Valve recently told us, the only console that developers don't like is the Playstation 3--since it has the lowest number of users, is the most difficult to develop games for, has the least number of games, is most expensive to make games for, is the most time consuming to make games for, yet does not offer the highest level of performance on multi-platform games...that's why Valve said there is no way the PS3 will make money.Wii...that thing is a money maker...and so is the DS!!!
Xbox 360 is also a money maker...Third-Party games on the Xbox 360 sell more than the Wii and PS3 combined.
Third-Party companies really love the Wii, DS, and Xbox 360.
Actually, they really enjoy money, but still, the biggest sources of profit are the Wii and DS, due to thier low development costs, and the Xbox 360, due to the high sales from hardcore gamers.

NICE TRY KROGAN !we are only talking about wii ! 360 isnt a money maker 11!!its money maker only if its a high budget game !

Response to blacktiger:Third-Party games have a reputation for selling very poorly on the Playstation 3 and Wii...the only system where Third-Party games are GUARANTEED to see success is the Xbox 360.Xbox 360 has a LOT of high budget games...a LOT of Award-Winning games...and that is specifically why the Xbox 360 has so much Third-Party support.Xbox 360 will make a HUGE PROFIT this quarter...FAR bigger than the Wii and PS3 combined...Xbox 360 saw games like Bioshock, Madden 2008, and Halo 3 launch very close to each other...and those games set records for "money making."
