	Just a quick FYi folks, Best Buy will have the Wii in stock on December 21. Each store is guaranteed at least 21 units, youc an check the included ad scan for confirmation. Better line up the night before, people. >Link

Best Buy is a company that I refuse to do business with any more, because of the terrible policies that they have with Return/Exchange/Warranty...and extremely rude managers (and people who claim to be managers, but aren't).

Ohio, Connecticut, Wisconsin, and several other states actually have their Attorney Generals seeking legal action against the Best Buy corporation.

The reason for this is because of the areas I listed above. I highly suggest that you do NOT buy any type of Warranty with Best Buy.

NOTE: There are over 12,000 complaints against Best Buy with the Better Business Bureau during the last 3 years alone. And there are even more with Consumer Affairs and Consumer Complaints.

*** Wal-Mart has the Halo 3 Legendary Edition that originally sold for $129 on sale for $59...I am telling the truth!!!

If you want to hurt Best Buy, point out that Wal-Mart has that deal going on, and remind Best Buy that it is their store policy to beat a competitor by 10% of the difference. Since Best Buy still sells it for $129, that means there is a difference of $70. Therefore, you would be able to get it at Best Buy for $52, instead of $129!!!

But...Best Buy likely will NOT match that deal, like they PROMISE...Best Buy is a bunch of liars!!!

Listen to the Better Business Bureau.

FACT:

There are OVER 12,000 (yes, twelve-THOUSAND) complaints that have been filed with the Better Business Bureau AGAINST Best Buy in the last three years!

FACT:

There are THOUSANDS of complaints against Best Buy with Consumer Affairs and Consumer Complaints.

FACT:

There are consumer created websites dedicated to individual Best Buy stores that have caused so many problems.

FACT:

The states of Ohio, Wisconsin, Connecticut, and others currently have their Attorney Generals seeking legal action against the Best Buy corporation due to illegal actions such as "Bait-n-Switch," and absolute lies associated with Returns/Exchanges/Warranties.



REMEMBER:

Best Buy puts the disclaimer on their Receipts that says they can decline any form of Return/Exchange/Warranty "at their discretion."

*** Unfortunately, the General Managers of the stores earn a commission based on the income of the store. As a result, they do NOT want to allow Returns/Exchanges/Warranties to be used by consumers. Thus, the Managers "discretion" is OFTEN used AGAINST consumers!

AREN'T U THE SAME GUY that said in another country , some goverment told ps3 to step down... hmmm im guessing whereever u got that from must've been a same place u get about best buy :)
