Lately, the rumors have been flying again, and the TechRadar article explains what exactly Konami meant by the recent articles released. Can it die now?

As long as the XDF want this to happen these rumors will continue no matter how many times they officially deny it.

I just wish it would be official already. The endless rumors are getting annoying.

That being said, I wonder how many DVDs MGS4 would take in it's current form? The good news is the game's linear design and long story makes it well suited for multiple discs with limited swapping versus something like GTA IV where if the game did span multiple discs you'd be swapping every time you drove from one island to another and back again.

I didn't even notice it received more comments. Since Kojima and others have said a million times over it wasn't going to happen, I found no need to reiterate that point in the other thread.

Now that it's been once again shot down, I commented. I'm not sure why it matters if this thread has more comments than the other. The translation was wrong in the 1st place.

When there is doubt some stay quiet, that's all I'm saying.

Makes no difference to me and like I've said twice I wish it would die too. If it gets announced whoopdy doo, by the time it happens I'll probably have played it on the ps3.

I just want to see the meltdowns of the fanboys so convinced that is not a possibility at all. Sorry but after everything that has happened this gen, anything is possible when it comes to 3rd party games.

I know I wasn't on the 360 much last night between eating, watching TV, and workin on things on the computer. If it was while I was actually playing something, sorry, I missed it. I have class tonight at 6 and not sure what time i'll be home but whenever you want to play whatever let me know, I still want to do some Gears MP before the 7th

Yeah, we've put Gears off for long enough. It's time to sharpen the skills a little bit.

I'll be taking November 7th off so I can play the fudge out of it.
