This video of Will Wright's newest sim game, Spore, is supposedly the one that wil be shown at this week's E3 Expo. The video looks great, and this newest sim adventure should be a ton of fun. (Thanks, nstavros)

IGN has posted their recap of Will Wright's keynote address tihs year from the GDC. Will talks about Spore and, well, that's about it. Nothing new was shown, but Wright did talk about his inspiration and research for the game.

EA Mobile Senior Vice President Mitch Laskey gave GDC Mobile's keynote address this morning, and in his speech he announed several popular EA franchises are going mobile. Spore, Battlefield 2, Medal Of Honor, The Sims, and Need For Speed are all going mobile. Apparently the market for mobile gaming is bigger than we thought.

The video of Will Wright's spore presentation from last year's Game Developer's Conference has appeared on Google Video. This 35 minute long vid shows off a ton of gameplay from spore stage to animal stage and beyond. We are not sure why it took so long to surface, but if you are a Sims fan, check out this next game from their creator.

The next game from Sims creator Will Wright, as you well know, is titled Spore. Basically you will take a lifeform from budding cell to full society. At least that is the idea. Well, we have not heard much about the game since after last year's E3. According to this job description at Gamedev.net, publisher EA is now looking for designers to bring Spore to handheld platforms as well. Sounds good but let's get it out for some home systems first ok Will?
