It seems that Sega has licensed Epic's Unreal Engine 3.0 for use in their next-gen games. Since they recently announced Condemned 2, we can only assume the game will use the UE3.0 technology. Good to hear.

I got a dev friend that work at sega , and we told me that sega is considaring using unreal3 for shenmue3.
