2K Games today annnounced a new addition to the Sid Meier's Civilization family. The game, called Civilization: Revolution, is the first Civilization game specifically designed for consoles and handhelds. Civilization is an epic RTS type of game, for those who are not familiar with the franchise. You basically build an empire over thousands of years, which translates into hours upon hours of gaming. Many a school class was missed because of this game on the PC, mind you.
