The Porject Offset website has been updated, after a long peroid of inactivity. The game looks like it is coming along great, and if you check the FAQ section, it even states the game is being made for both PC and the Xbox360. Great news.

site is down dangit. I'm glad it's coming to the 360, but i seriously won't expect it anytime soon. The devs don't seem to be in a rush...which can be a good thing.

site is back up. yay

Project Offset is going to be an AWESOME game that will interest a lot of high-end PC and Xbox 360 owners!

Here is a description of the gameplay style for Project Offset from the official website...it sounds GREAT:

"Project Offset provides a high action combat experience with the control scheme and frenetic pace of a FPS, like Halo, but split 50/50 between projectile and melee combat. To realize this goal, an all new hybrid combat model has been created that integrates intense shooter gameplay with a streamlined but strategic melee fighting system. A combination of attacks, parries, and grab maneuvers, often found in modern fighting games, is simplified to simple button combinations and adapted to a shooter style control scheme. The player is given the ability to block, dodge, and even reflect projectile attacks to balance the melee and ranged combat into a seamless, high intensity battle experience."

I look forward to getting Project Offset for Xbox 360!

for 360 it will suck since its port !

GO PC GO !

The 360 has shown time and time again that it can meet and even sometimes exceed PC quality. I mean..unless you go out and spend $300-$400 on upgrades each time the latest and greatest game comes out.

Does this add any value to the argument, that 360 has no good games coming in the future... ??

Response to B1ueBurner:

Yeah, blacktiger has proven time and time again that he is against philanthropists such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett...men who have each given $30 billion to start the world's largest charity organization.

blacktiger is against Xbox 360, all because it has completely made a fool of Sony and killed the Playstation brand...WITH a LOT of HELP FROM SONY due to the poor performance of the Playstation 3!

B1ueBurner, I'm looking forward to 2008, because of great Xbox 360 games like:

Ninja Gaiden 2

Grand Theft Auto 4 with two exclusive levels

Resident Evil 5

Splinter Cell: Confiction

Infinite Undisovery

Dead or Alive 5

Halo Wars

Call of Duty 5

Devil May Cry 4

Alone in the Dark

The Club

Banjo Kazooie 3

Universe at War: Earth Assault

Battlefield: Bad Company

Too Human

Condembed: 2

Mercs 2

Saints Row 2

Unreal Tournament 3

Silent Hill 5

Those were just ones I thought of off the top of my head that are exciting for 2008. And there are plenty of others that haven't been announced yet, but we all know are coming (MGS4), and others such as all the new sports games for the year.
